Returns and refunds
CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM, EVEN IF I SIMPLY CHANGE MY MIND?
All products must be returned to us unused and with all Max Mara tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original tax invoice within 30 days of the date of purchase of your order.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OR COLOUR OF THE ITEM INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT?
Online Exchange: Online Exchange is currently not available. You can return the products for free and make a new purchase.
I AM A REGISTERED USER: HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You have 30 days after receiving the order to request a return.
You may return the product(s) to us:
by courier: You can request a return, free of charge, via your MaxMara Online Account and our Customer Care will arrange for a free pick up via our partner courier service.
1. go to your profile page
2. go to the "My Orders" section, select the order that contains the product you want to return and click on "Request Return"
3. you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the delivery and the telephone number of UPS
4. be sure to protect the products by placing the items in the original box
5. Our courier will pick up the order at the indicated address.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s), with the exception of applicable taxes or import duties and delivery and return charges.

I AM NOT A REGISTERED USER: HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You have 30 days after receiving the order to request a return.
Using the "Customer Services/Return Request" option in the menu, you can return an item even without being registered.
Just follow the information found in the pop-up which will appear.
We will send you a mail with the Tracking Number to track your return as soon as your package reaches the courier centre handling your shipment to our stores.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you receive a wrong product, or a product received by you is damaged or defective, please log into your account via the My Account page and fill in the Return Form in order to start the return process. Our Customer Care will contact you to assist you with your return request within two (2) business days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
If you paid by credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed. Please note that refunds can take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers;
