Max Mara Atelier is the special project dedicated to the coat that blends a contemporary aesthetic with sartorial experimentation. The Fall Winter 2022 Collection is a tribute to sculptor Alberto Giacometti’s ability to probe the material and make it shine through detailed work. His skill translates into a collection of coats with sculptural volumes which, like true works of art, defy time by remaining contemporary. The coats are crafted from the finest fabrics: textured pure cashmere, alpaca and mohair. The colour palette ranges from shades of marble, clay, bronze, ink blue and burgundy to the deepest black.
